Stole my money.
Stole my money. This company sells via Amazon AE, as third party. Ordered a portable air conditioner with them, via Amazon UAE. The delivery was very late, and then they delivered a wrong model. They take no responsibility. They tried to persuade me that the model was correct, then to convince me that it was the same specs, then they said the model I ordered was out of stock. I wanted to return it.. but it took almost 3 weeks of hassle and begging Amazon for help, before they sent their driver. They collected it on 22 september. Offline from Amazon, I was asked to remove my review of them, and take my refund. When I did not do so, they insisted. I have not done so, and they are withholding my refund, claiming now they never received the unit, and never picked anything up. It is called theft.
