Our package was damaged in shipment and you insisted that we pay for repackaging. Absurd. In the future, we will use your company as last resort. Also, your response time for quotes is way too long, especially since we have a local office.

Great service
When my vendor said that they could expedite this shipment from Texas to Hawaii 3-5 day air, it came with a price tag that was double DGX rate. Once I said I would have it picked up by DGX/DHX they were delayed in communicating with me on the BOL information. Mario was very patient and responded quickly when we finally got all the answers needed to get this picked up and in the air.
