DGX and DHX have always given us the best service and best rates. Extremely stable company and when they say they will pick up or when they say they will deliver, they do. No wasted time which for us is extremely important with either perishable products or international shipments.

Toatlmente disappointed of this company that says to have so many years of experience, the most terrible thing that has happened to me to make my move to Peru, I fulfilled the payment to the bank and to leave my things and my truck inside the times screened and it was so much his negligence that my car was never able to enter my country, I have been in Peru for months and my things still can not get out of California, and even worse my husband gets my truck crushed and shocked, what a horror, I do not recommend them at all otherwise do not take the services of them certainly open a legal claim, if there was the qualification of me 5 stars so I would qualify, a disaster, I have caused many damages because I am in Peru without car, without clothes, without things , with nothing and my husband who is in California is harmed because who has to face all this and his work not to the necessary time, totally sorry to have put my move in the wrong hands

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment on your first booking of Household Goods/Personal Effects with DGX. Our team is well prepared to assist and educate inexperienced shippers such as yourself. DGX provided a reference to a customs broker at the destination to professionally asses you on import requirements prior to shipping. It was then that you were advised the original vehicle you intended to ship didn't meet requirements. Your goods have not shipped at your request to hold them and we've been waiting on your husband to drop off a new vehicle. We will continue to work with you on achieving an optimal resolution as we have been. Thank you for the opportunity.

Your service is great, but your rate quotes are always inaccurate. As we know how to measure our crates and everything we ship goes by dimensional. As we charge our customers the amount we are told it will cost us to ship this (needless to say), makes us extremely unhappy.

DGX Global Express is reliable and convenient! The customer service is friendly and professional. Even if freight is delayed, the team is proactive in resolving the situation and delivering in a conscientious manner. Raquel, Rita and Jorge are an exceptional leadership team and their team members are a reflection of their strong work ethic & integrity. Nicole, Makenzie and Lahela are some of my favorite local contacts, based on their professional handling of my client's freight.

DGX's Aileen and Azel's tag-team support and update consistency enables me to openly discuss current market issues with my client. Albeit, Philippines has several infrastructure issues, though DGX Global is helping overcome. Thank you for your diligent efforts. I look forward to future business endeavors. - Fred from Dolphin Logistics, Inc.
