I guess....If they are the only one who will approve you
Took forever to get approved but yet I just got done buying 120acres of vacant land in upper michigan and was approved and loan work completed in 3 days. I was not too keen on how they couldnt tell me what the intrest rate is ..... just payment on how long. I would find alternative funding personally . oooo and I signed more papers for this then all 3 of the properties I have bought in the last 3 years .

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our process did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things. At Dext Capital, our focus is on providing financing solutions tailored specifically for business equipment, which can differ from traditional real estate or personal financing. Equipment financing may sometimes involve unique terms and paperwork requirements due to the nature of the assets being financed. We aim to balance efficiency with a thorough review to ensure the right financing fit, and we apologize if the process felt slower than expected. Regarding interest rates, our team strives to provide clear, transparent payment terms. While equipment financing is structured a bit differently from typical real estate loans, we are always available to explain these details further to ensure our clients are comfortable with the terms. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] if you have any additional questions regarding rates or if there’s anything more we can clarify. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re here to help however we can.
