It did work for about 2 months and now I’m seeing fleas again on my dogs.

I have used dewel pro for years with no complaints. I have told friends about it but,this time I ordered and it seems different. My dog went to the groomer and I put the collar on at the beginning of April. She has had 2 ticks so far. No fleas yet

Normally I would give you Five stars the last 2 years they were great but the collars are not working this year :(. They also didn't smell as strong. Eileen Update. I didn't ask for a refund but Dewlpro refunded my order I assume because they read this review. It's rare for a company to take pride in their product and care about their customers. Great customer service.

I have used these for years. I paid for expedited shipping but it really was not expedited. In past years my dogs have not had a single flea or tick. This year one tick so far. I am wondering if the formula for the collar has changed? Will still use as I think it is the safest choice.

I ordered and received 2 collars. These collars are thinner and have a cheaper plastic clasp that I have to adjust the collars regularly as they get loose. We’ve been buying this type of collar every year for a few years now and this order resulted in a cheaper made collar that cost a lot more than our previous orders.
