I committed to dewalt and bought lots of power tools, a chainsaw, a trimmer, a blower and a brushless lawnmower. The batteries that came with the lawnmower were the old technology instead of what they were promoting. They last almost 2 summers before I couldn’t even cut my entire lawn which is not big by any means. I used the warranty and they sent me two new old batteries instead of new tech batteries they were promoting. They were also not enough. Maybe they sat on the shelf for years or were refurbished. Now I have 4 20v batteries that I can barely finish cutting my grass with let alone trim and blow. DO NOT GO TO BATTERY OPERATED LAWNMOWERS! It costs more to by new batteries than a new lawnmower. STICK TO GAS PEOPLE!!!

Je kan geen batterij krijgen ,want de site werkt niet. Helaas voor hun ik koop niks meer van dat merk. Je biedt iets aan maar kan het niet waarmaken.

Das Produkt selbst kann ich nicht bewertet, damit habe ich noch keine Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Online Service hingegen ist nicht zu empfehlen, ich habe zwei Produkte gekauft und hatte Probleme mit der Online Registrierung. Leider wurde mir vom Support nicht weitergeholfen, ich denke die Zeit bis das Produkt nicht mehr registriert werden kann wird einfach abgewartet.

Een combinatiezaag van 1300 € waarvan gewoon de sticker ontbreekt, dat willen ze nietmeer maken omdat ze het type niet kennen of willen opzoeken. Ze steken niks van moeite in service na aankoop. Garantie of geen garantie. Zo een machine smijt je zomaar niet op de vuilbak. Ik verkoop alles van dewalt en ga terug naar makita. Waar ze wel goede service geven en antwoorden!

Customer service is awful! Replacement tools should be sorted asap with minimal down time. It’s been two weeks since my first phone call….tool was finally meant to be collected today…but wasn’t! I’m fairly sure they give you the run around so you give up on the warranty claim.

I am now one full month into the process of attempting to get a valid warranty repair completed. It is difficult to express the level of frustration and anger over the run-around I've been getting. They agreed from the start that I am eligible for warranty repair on my DCD791 drill, but the tools online that must be used to enter this request have left me fuming. Dewalt support staff also seem poorly trained, don't know their own procedures and send such brief email replies that they don't explain anything or provide sufficient guidance, requiring multiple emails for them to finally 'get it'. The ServiceNow portal they use (in Canada, anyhow) for repair/warranty requests is so buggy as to be useless. At this point, I will never buy another Dewalt product, strictly because of the warranty support.

Radio stopte plots na 14 maanden. Hanteren garantie van 12 maanden. Volgens mij in strijd met het europeseconsumentenrecht (altijd 2 jaar.) Fijn bedrijf bedankt! Iemand nog een accu nodig?

gratis batt nooit ontvangen vier maand na datum zijn we nu. Actie is verlopen meneer op 15 januari, bedankt Toolstation Genk voor de info die ik niet heb gehad alles netjes geregisseerd bij Dewalt na aankoop. Nu blijkt dat ik de "gratis" batt ter waarde van 81,86 euro geen recht op heb. Goed bezig heren.
