Having bought 2 Dewalt tools on different days this week WHICH ARE PROBABLY VERY GOOD, I tried to avail myself of the extended 3 year warranty. What a palaver. The badges holding the data are inconsistent non-informative and do not ahem all the required information. Process should be simple. Enter Product code, serial number and date of manufacture. The product code on labels of my tools do not FULLY match any of the products listed on registration web page. There are other numbers on the "label" none of which suggest they are the serial number. One tool has the right quoted format for a date, difficult to see, NOT on the label but cast in the plastic. However I would not recognise it (2024 15-47), as a date without having to search the web for information. The other tool doesn't even have a visible date number! No idea whether the information I have provided is accurate or adequate or whether my warranty has been allocated. Registering for the warranty could not be more difficult!!

Product gekocht met gratis batterij erbij. Machine na iets meer dan ander halfjaar geleverd door productie vertraging en plots had ik geen recht meer op de gratis accu omdat de actie verlopen was... Op het moment van aankoop daarover contact gehad met hun waar beloofd werd dat ik achteraf de factuur kon doorsturen en dat dit dan verwerkt zou worden. Meerdere malen proberen te communiceren dat dit niet mijn fout was dat hun productie vertraging had, dat zij degene waren die dit artikel toen als deelnemend product van hun actie hadden vermeld en dat zij hun producten maar anderhalf jaar later verstuurd hadden. Maar dat begrepen ze blijkbaar niet. Slechte service hiervoor, dit werd zogezegd hogerop bij hun besproken maar dan stel ik mij toch vragen hoor...

Bought a brand new lawn mower and used it less than 5 times in 2.5 months. It won't start up. Dewalt has offered zero customer support and puts the burden on the customer instead of standing by their product. It's on us to drag the machinery around to Dewalt approved shops that can evaluate and possibly repair the machinery. The closest shops are hours away from my home. Why is the customer punished because Dewalt is selling defective products? Bad business all around. I wouldn't buy a pencil from Dewalt.

Kundendienst war freundlich und nett, kann aber aber murksigen Produkt nichts ändern. Er wollte mein Anliegen weitergeben...bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Das es Baustellen schon mal was härter zur Sache geht ist ja wohl klar. Finger... schrott kann man auch günstiger in China kaufen....

Multitool van de walt gekocht bij omdat daar actie gratis accu bij zat. Na 10 weken nog geen accu. Smoesjes was door het groote succes kon het wat langer duren. Dit heb ik in mijn leven nog nooit meegemaakt dat een levering van zo'n groot merk zo lang duurt. Waardeloos!!!!👺

I purchased a lawnmower from Home Depot. I used it twice and now it’s not working. I purchased it in May and Home depot says I have to contact Dewalt. I have tried to contact them and file the claim at least five times and I’m not getting any help at all. I paid the extra $75 for coverage and they are just giving me the runaround!

Bij Toolstation multitool gekocht, zou binnen 8(!!!) weken een accu ontvangen. Dat was voor mij de reden om voor DeWalt te kiezen. En al mijn gereedschap te vervangen voor DeWalt. Want één accu platform heeft mijn voorkeur. Nu, 10 weken later heb ik de accu nog steeds niet ontvangen en ga de keuze voor een ander merk maken. Ik kreeg nog wel een e-mail van DeWalt dat de levering nóg langer gaat duren vanwege ‘overweldigend succes’. Ik was reeds gewaarschuwd voor de slechte service van DeWalt, maar was eigenwijs. Goede raad… en dan iets met goud.

Jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren kan geven. Verschrikkelijke service. Gemiddeld gaat het gereedschap 2 3 jaar mee en dan is het nooit meer te repareren. Laser vsn 1400 euro na 3 jaar kaduuk en kost 750 euro om te rapareren???? Je wordt belazerd. Klantenservice is ook onbereikbaar.
