Warranty claim. Impossible. 12 days waiting on an open ticket. 10 emails unanswered. Opened a new ticket regarding the old ticket; simply closed and marked resolved. WTH is happening with B&D. Sent another email to their corporate office; result more of the same....no response. After buying thousands of dollars of Dewalt tools I am finished. Posting this to Amazon next.

Nice to see that Dewalt has joined all the others in the selling power tools with no batteries scam. Nothing more than gouging the customer out of more money. No more Dewalt, Kobalt, Milwaukee or any other name brand that does not include a battery and charger. It's really simple. Include the battery and charger and the customer will see it and know they are paying it and glad the kit(s) are ready to go once you hit the job site. Alot of Chinese knock off models out there that include those items and hey, if American brands are not going to take care of the customer properly, my money will be going across the ocean.

Bought a 6500 w portable generator. Ran fine for 9 hours. When it was time to refuel the generator would not run for more than a minute or 2 at a time. never could get it to run normal. put in for a call back many times. Never got one. Finally when I complained to home depot where I bought it they contacted dewalt and the dewalt guy tried to tell me in the instructions you should never let the generator stop with a load, that it could damage the house or generator. Warranty does not address the scenario. In any event I won't ever buy any dewalt product because of their crappy customer support and the fact I can't trust the product.

Not even one star bought portable grinder it did not come with tool to change or tighten cutting or grinding disc. I cannot use tool retailer won’t take it back Waited for someone to call me back at desalt customer service at a designated time of day that did not happen. I sent chat with details have not received response. Called again and told receivecustomer service inten minutes stillwaiting1/2 hour. I guess dealt adopted Japanese customer service which is terrible . I’m hanging out all my tools to Ryobi better tools and cheaper.

Ritardi di due mesi nella riparazione e di un tendi lama di una sega a nastro, pezxo di ricambio ridicolo in più senza giustificazione, contattato con la e-mail il servizio dewalt e mi rispondono semore alla stessa maniera che per lavorare la richiesta hanno bisogno di alcuni documenti, ho riferito i n° Tel che ho e a chi ho consegnato la sega e mi richiedono la stessa cosa....sembra che mi prendano in giro....mai più dewalt.

a fost nevoie de 1 luna de zile sa imi recupereze contul care tot din vina lor nu l-am putut accesa si nici nu am putut sa imi inregistrez garantia extinsa in termenul legal mentionat pe site! foarte neseriosi, mediocri din toate punctele de vedere!nu sunt deschisi sa iti rezolve problemele cat mai repede cu putina!!! pe viitor ma voi indrepta spre alte branduri care stiu sa aibe grija de clientii lor! ZERO, sunteti ZERO!
