Mijn accuboormachine draait een willekeurige kant op. Als ik een beroep op garantie doe, moet ik mijn boormachine een 6 weken missen. Als ik zolang niet zonder kan heb ik pech gehad. Volgens mij is het een gevaarlijke situatie, gezien de kracht van de machina, maar DeWalt kiest ervoor om die situatie voor lief te nemen. Zo koop ik nooit meer iets van DeWalt want garantie is op deze manier een inhoudsloos begrip geworden (net als service overigens :-))

Hele set gereedschappen besteld met een gratis Radio. 31 okt 2024 goed gekeurd en tot op heden 28 februari 2025 nog steeds geen radio binnen . Ze hebben geen idee wanneer het leverbaar is . Hele slechte service , wel lokken met een mooie actie maar nakomen ho maar !!!

Kettingzaag spanner vastgelopen. Te strak aangedraaid?! Hele machine kapot na 5 weken. Zonde van mijn geld!

I am not sure how this company continues to stay in business. Bought their skill saw and it broke within a year. Worst customer service. NEVER BUY DEWALT AGAIN. Cannot get this saw replaced with any of the retailers. I remember I had an issue with Milwaukee power tool, and they took care of me in one day by sending me a shipping label to send them none working tool, and they sent me brand new one that same day. DEWALT - NEVER AGAIN. I rather overpay a little and get best quality product from any other brand.

Absolutely appalling! I sent my drill back ( which was faulty) not long had it. In its original box which was in pristine condition. They sent it back dirty, and put the return label which was 8x4” on the back of my box instead of the outside return box which has ripped off all my item labels ie model number etc. after sending them an email regarding this with photos , they simple said they won’t send a new box just because it’s dirty and the labels have come off. ! I expect to get my property back EXACTLY how I sent it. I keep my tools clean and well maintained, they are fit home not a construction site. But you’d think that’s were it just came back from.
