FRANCES
Dakota serviced our new range/cooktop. He was very professional, thorough and provided excellent follow-up. I was disappointed that I had to call service, but very happy with how the oven and cooktop issues were resolved.
DAVID
We had a problem with our microwave under warrantee. The service department was very helpful. Made an appt. and kept me informed as to the tech's schedule. Technician Dakota was very prompt, personable, and effective in fixing the problem. He was considerate re: covid 19 protection standards. We are very appreciative.
AMBER
We needed a new washer for a rental house , were able to buy over the phone and pick up super easy.

The DeWaard & Bode difference is service. Andre, their Orcas Island service technician is the BEST!

Mike and his helper fixed my refrigerator in two easy visits and did a thorough job explaining what went wrong with it. Overall a easy experience and happy with the end result!

Bruce and Kyle were very knowledgeable and helpful in our house build. We really felt comfortable with their suggestions and any issues that came up (and there were a few) were dealt with quickly and easily. We made a great choice going with DeWaard & Bode

They had exactly what I wanted and I got it for a GREAT price. They called Point Roberts Auto Freight for me and arranged everything. Shipping to Point Roberts is complicated as is getting a repair person. If anything goes wrong, Dewarde and Bode is there to help.
