DeVey is a school that really make you feel welcome and offer tons of resources to help.

My experience at DeVry University was overall positive and provided me with a strong academic foundation in business and human resources. The curriculum challenged me to think critically, solve real-world business problems, and apply HR principles through practical coursework. My professors were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in student success, creating an environment that encouraged both personal and professional growth. Completing my Bachelor of Science in Business Management in December 2025 was a significant accomplishment and gave me the confidence to continue advancing my education. While I value the education I received, I believe DeVry University’s Career Services department has an opportunity to do more to support students before they graduate. Building stronger partnerships with employers, increasing internship opportunities, hosting more hiring events, and providing more direct job placement assistance while students are still enrolled would make the transition into the workforce much smoother. If students are able to gain internships and employment before graduation, it won’t be as difficult to secure a full-time position after completing their degree. Although I earned my degree in December 2025, I am still actively seeking an opportunity in my field. I have continued refining my resume, networking with professionals, and applying for positions, but I believe stronger career support while I was enrolled could have better positioned me to secure employment before graduation. I hope DeVry continues to strengthen its Career Services program so future graduates have greater access to internships, employer connections, and meaningful career opportunities before they complete their degrees.

My experience at DeVry University was great because it provided the platform of flexibility I needed to achieve my educational goals. As a single mother with four young children, I needed the flexibility to go at my own pace and to be able to complete my assignments at any time, even if that meant at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. DeVry University was very helpful throughout my journey and even called to check on me and make sure I was okay, on track, and to see if I needed anything or to see if there were any resources that could help me by offering me a variety of free tools and resources available to DeVry students. If it wasn't for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and a university like DeVry University, I would not have been able to obtain my bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in my master's degree program with DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management. I would HIGHLY recommend DeVry University to anyone!

To be honest before attending DeVry I had little experience with typing skills and different things such as PowerPoint and Excell. I only surfed the web and shopped, so DeVry has helped me learn more, my experiences with learning things I never knew/knew very little of, my classes were great, classmates are awesome as well and I enjoy the weekly live lessons as well. The support from Professors and student advisors are great and very helpful, the resources and etc is easy to access as well. However, I had one Professor that left a bad taste in my mouth ( Professor Hogan) that I don't want as a Professor again: I will say that you can tell the difference between a educator who genuinely cares and the ones that made it and in it for the income I was so glad when that session ended because I learned more about her family and accomplishments. I love DeVry so much that im a returning student and I just graduated last month in Chicago with my Bachelors and im in my fourth week of my last class of Entrepreneurship now, and I graduated with my Associates back in 2019, that shows that I love DeVry and learning, keep doing what you're doing.

I liked how if you fell behind on a class or miss an assignment they encourage you to do better. Stay on your class work and offer help if needed with anything.
