Swan was such a beautiful facilitator. Playful, loving, kind, and deeply caring, he had an incredible ability to tune into the group and thoughtfully navigate the emotional landscape of the room. He brought such warmth, tenderness, and presence to everything he offered, creating a space where people felt safe to be vulnerable, explore, and show up as their fullest selves. I especially appreciated the way he invited people out of their heads and into their bodies, creating opportunities to move, feel, connect, and work through challenging emotions. His teaching was gentle and spacious, never forcing an experience but lovingly holding space for whatever needed to emerge. There was such a beautiful balance of playfulness and depth in his facilitation. He knew when to bring levity, when to slow down, and when to simply let the group be with what was unfolding. Such a gift to learn from and be held by him. So much gratitude for this beautiful human! ❤️

I love the way that Swan and the IDA team value art and creativity as a truly human experience, even a human right. In Barcelona, I connected to my creativity and myself through my voice, movement, art, and ritual, not to mention the natural environment and so many like-minded people to share the experience with. Somehow every event I have attended draws such a beautiful mix of folks from around the world, and in those few days a community is created.

What an incredible and truly authentic musical journey ! Nine unforgettable days filled with beautiful Georgian music , wonderful and enriching exchanges with participants and host, and inspiring discoveries, all brought together with such care and impeccable organisation in the most stunning locations. The Institute created a beautiful space for connection and true self-expression. The retreat began in a beautiful castle, where we were warmly welcomed and settled in. Later, we were led to the first set of activities. What stuck with me was that, as participants, before being introduced by name, we had a chance to introduce ourselves through the way we moved, played, and expressed ourselves. It was a deep bonding experience with myself, the group and nature. I attended with my brother, and it helped me see him through different eyes, with more beauty. I appreciate this experience and the space held by the facilitators, who were warm and kind. I would recommend it if you would like to open yourself up to more life and vitality.

I joined a long weekend of arts and mindfulness in Spain. It was a great experience. I had time to relax, tried out new things and got inspired through program and the community.
