Scammers. Will not reply to order cancellation requests. Dispute filed with PayPal. Stay away!

Bestelling geplaatst, via Paypal betaald. De order zou vanuit US verzonden worden, ik kreeg ook emails met updates over de verzending. Na een tijdje wilde ik weten waar de bestelling bleef en keek via paypal hoe ik het bedrijf kon bereiken. Daar stond een andere tracking site. Tot mijn verbazing gaf deze site aan dat de bestelling al lang geleverd was, maar vanuit China! Hier klopt echt iets niet! Ik heb mijn bestelling niet ontvangen. Per email een aantal keer aan gegeven dat ik het produkt nooit heb gekregen en graag een refund wilde, maar ze zeiden constant het is geleverd en controleer tracking via je lokale koerier. Er kan wel delivered staan, maar heb het alsnog niet thuis bezorgd gekregen en niemand kan aangeven waar het dan wel is, bij postkantoor was het namelijk ook niet. Claim hierover ingediend bij Paypal. Zij geven de verkoper gelijk en wijzen de claim af omdat volgens tracking het pakketje geleverd is. Dus ik zou hier niets bestellen, zelfs als je denkt als koper beschermd te zijn door met Paypal te betalen.

This is seriously a bullshit company. I ordered Christmas gifts for the kids with express delivery just so I could be sure to have it before Christmas. It’s been 2 weeks and the package still hasn’t left the country. I emailed them several times and get the same response every single time. - Sorry to keep you waiting. We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed. But sometimes logistics would have delay. We've urged the update of your order status. Please kindly wait for its delivery. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team ……… This is just a copy paste response and it’s not ok! I’m broke as fock now and won’t have anything to give the kids for Christmas.

After reading peoples reviews I’m extremely worried. I paid for something through Instagram to get a book and I’ve had no confirmation after paying for it. No email from the company nothing no tracking details absolutely nothing and I’m now wondering if this is just a big scam. I’ve contacted my bank Because I don’t trust paying for things online as it is and I have to raise a dispute but it’s ridiculous how they are treating customers by the looks of it they sound dodgy and everybody’s unhappy. I’m so sorry to anyone who’s been scammed by this company or extremely disappointed.

I received their parcel today, after several complaints about the late delivery. I'm really disappointed because it's an advent calendar and it's too late to give it as a gift. I'm also VERY disappointed with the quality of the item. When I ordered, it was indicated that the puzzles were made of wood, which is not the case at all, they are made of cardboard and of mediocre quality. I now look on the internet and see that there are a lot of very negative reviews about them. I agree, this company is a scam and I very much regret ordering from them. I don't understand how one can lie so much to customers and still sleep at night. I'm not going to waste energy fighting with them, I understand that I won't get anything in compensation, but I'm really disgusted.

Fik tilsendt en forkert farve (luminous eye corrector), og har haft en useriøs mailkorrespondance med dem. De spurgte om jeg vil ha 4 dollars tilbage for den korte leverede vare (den kostede 17 dollars), for det ville jo også koste noget for mig hvis den skulle retur - det er deres fejl, de burde sende en ny og skulle jeg returnere den forkert leverede, burde de betale fragten. Har allerede betalt for fragten en gang. Køb ikke fra dette firma- det er ikke det værd. Og den forkert leverede vare tog iøvrigt over en måned at komme frem..

I ordered a Boom.boom Nasal Stick from Detectionk and it took over a month to arrive. It was bought as a gift. Suffice to say it didn’t arrive in time. The response from DetectionK was, “we have tried our best to expedite it during the entire transportation process”. If that’s their best, and delivery takes that long, then this is a huge fail for DetectionK. Won’t be purchasing from this company again!
