As others stated …… why did I not check the reviews!!! I am hoping I can get a refund. The first thing is I know to never order from a Facebook link!!!! I don’t know why I did this time. They first attempted to add money to my initial charge and when I emailed them they said it was a system error and they did refund the 6.54 they charged in addition to the charge I authorized. They then charged an international fee. That was an under a $1. I have made numerous attempts to cancel my order. I have no product and no one will respond. I will attempt a refund with my bank. UPDATE I received a photo copied number of pages…..NOT a book and not the genre selected!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller.

They claim to send a book with some extras. (Blind date with a book) The adds show something completely different than what you get. It is ridiculous!

I’ve been scammed with my Blind Date with a Book that I ordered on impulse. Actually been sent a used one chapter sample of a book from 2008, a knock off highlighter, inferior stickers. The 24 hour support email address included with the goods does not work.

They charged £25 for a paper bag, a piece of string, a plastic flower and a felt tip.pen. they owe me a refund

Should have checked reviews before Facebook ad led to an impulse purchase, which i immediately regretted when i saw that they had stolen the product images from an Etsy seller page. Emailed within an hour of placing the order, and received a reply asking why I wanted to cancel. I replied that I’d ordered in error and then subsequently marked the item as shipped and then said it was too late to cancel. Very sharp and dishonest practice. Will be seeking a refund from PayPal. Update: of course they wouldn’t let me cancel and today a package turned up that totally doesn’t match the description in any way, worth about $2 I imagine, versus the $25 I paid. I can’t say I’m surprised.

I tried cancelling my order a couple hours after I placed it. Site noted 3-5 days for processing. They emailed me the next day stating that the shipment was processed and could not refund. It’s been 17 days and no package. They refuse to give me a reason why the order was not canceled. This is a very shady company and should not be allowed to do business in the US. They also charged me 25% sales tax. Avoid at costs.
