Desku is an excellent platform for managing all of your customer support needs. It is easy to use and provides a great way to keep track of your conversations with customers - support ticketing system, knowledge base, shared inbox and chat support. Desku's platform offers a wide range of features, including Woocommerce, Webhooks, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Google analytics and more. Their support is friendly and responsive.

Desku is a great helpdesk solution. It's still in development to implement new feature and increase the usage.

Desku is by far the best livechat+knowledgebase+chatbot+helpdesk ticketing system. I can't say it's perfect, but they are working very hard to improve it, and they will get there. I love the attitude they have.

I tried this out to replace our current ticket system that was outdated and clunky. I couldn't be happier. We are a small consulting firm and the simplified inbox and easy integrations made this the perfect choice to improve our support response.

Very simple integration. Very clean and easy t o use interface. Convenient collaboration with the team. Everyone needs tool like this for customer support.

I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!

Works great, everything a helpdesk software needs.

Great customer support service. I have 3 accounts with them for 3 of my websites and it is an amazing service. They also just launched a bot service for their chat support and cant wait to use it. Theie support via Whatsapp is fast and problems are solved quickly. Thank you and cheers from Morocco
