I was very pleased with the fact that a representative reached out to me to inform me that the laser engraving logo I uploaded is in poor resolution and therefore would not look as good engraved. The team suggested certain things for me to do with my logo image so that the resolution might improve, and I am pleased to say that after a couple of tries/ uploads, the issue was fixed. I received my product today and was very pleased with how it came out!!!!!! Will buy again!

I received my desk plate very quickly. When I opened it I realized it was the wrong color. I contacted the customer service department, and they looked at my invoice and saw the error and quickly remade the name plate and sent it that week. They were very accommodating and easy to work with.

The deskplate is beautiful, and the staff was really patient. We went through several proofs before everything was exactly the way I wanted it. The end product is perfect, I couldn't be happier!
