I loved my new desk plate, but there was a scratch on the plate from the first time I opened it. I wouldn't have thought if would have been scratched.

The products I viewed online were just what I was looking for! It went downhill from there. They offered a preproduction view of your personalized item before purchase. However, the preview failed to specify that what I would be getting would not be in color (for the logo I included). This was very disappointing. Also, the shipping I was charged included the packaging; it wasn't just based on the weight of the item itself. I feel this was a bit dishonest. They could've included a ton of packaging material at their own discretion, but I shouldn't have to pay for it; that's their cost of doing business. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Please have a look at the numerous positive reviews on TrustPilot's web site praising our customer service. The desk plate you ordered is labeled on our web site as having a, "BLACK METAL PLATE WITH GOLD ENGRAVING". It isn't advertised as having an option for a color logo. The proof we provided, including your logo, was shown in black and white. In reference to shipping charges, you chose the UPS Ground shipping option. When we weigh a product for UPS shipment, it must be rounded to the next whole pound. If it weighs 3 lbs. 2 oz., it must be rounded up to 4 pounds for cost calculations. This is a UPS requirement, not ours. Someone from our customer service team will attempt to contact you about your order.

everything was good except the name plate arrived and the the two slide into brackets that hold the name plate to the base came detached during shipping. I replaced them to the base with hot glue rather than go through the process of returning the item as there was a time line to keep

Only negative about my order is that I paid for 2- day air shipping which cost the same as the actual product itself. Was a day late and missed the day to give it to my wife. It was apart of an anniversary gift.
