Personal attention and communication. They did a great job listening to what I wanted and bringing it into creation.

As a professional blogger, I have worked with many different web design companies and freelancers in the web developer industry. When I contacted Design Vertices via email, I was impressed how quickly they responded back to me. Their professional customer service and receptive approach to my professional projects is astonishing. Unlike other websites businesses, Design Vertices representatives spend the time to listen to every aspect of the project and help you develop a tailored model plan to help you create your website for your business. The communication you receive is educational, insightful, and with professional positivity. They value you as a customer and your business. Plus this company helps you step by step during the process of working on your service/product you hired them for. During that process, you can make changes to fit your vision for your business. Since this is a personalized service, you feel reassured that you made the right choice in hiring Design Vertices. I truly appreciated that Design Vertices using real people as their customer service and not using AI to handle each potential client. Which has the whole experience run smoothly through various forms of communication (email, text, phone call, etc.). Dave, the manager, has been helping me with multiple business opportunity projects for more than a year. Dave and his team of employees have been a huge asset to my professional career. Looking forward to continue working with Design Vertices in future endeavors.

Design Vertices did an excellent job on my website. The quality of their work is outstanding, and everything was delivered professionally. A special thanks to Steven Johnson—he was very patient, responsive, and helped solve every issue quickly. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality website.

Responsive, professional and focused on my satisfaction! Great value and went above and beyond. Ray was terrific to work with!

I am an evidential medium, and after many years of study, practice, and working with the gifts I was born with, I felt inspired to create a website that truly reflected my vision. Finding the right technical web designer, however, was not easy. Many I encountered seemed focused only on charging high fees for minimal work, without genuinely understanding their clients. That all changed when I found Design Vertices. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable. Connor Adams immediately made me feel heard and supported, and I trusted my instincts in moving forward. He quickly connected me with senior designer Jason Park in early November, and I was amazed at how seamlessly everything began to come together. Jason was exceptional—professional, courteous, and incredibly intuitive. Jason seemed to understand my vision almost instantly and turned around requests with impressive speed. Time and again, I found myself saying, “This is amazing—you truly see my vision.” Jason even added a beautiful, creative touch—a small dove animation rising from the “Book Now” section—that perfectly captured the spirit of my work. About halfway through the project, Jason had to step away due to unforeseen circumstances, which was difficult. However, Design Vertices handled the transition flawlessly by introducing me to another senior designer, Ozzie Reed. Ozzie stepped in without missing a beat. Despite the many revisions, additions, and detailed requests I made—often in quick succession—Ozzie responded with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Sometimes updates were completed within minutes; other times within an hour or two, but always with the same-day turnaround. The patience, technical skill, and dedication were truly remarkable. I will admit, I am a perfectionist and not easy to please. I had a very specific vision, with many changes involving layout adjustments, image refinements, and content updates. Not once did Ozzie let me down. Always courteous, accommodating, and consistently delivering exactly what I envisioned. As someone who values honest feedback, I tend to give either very critical or very high praise—and in this case, both Jason and Ozzie absolutely deserve the highest praise. Their expertise is top-notch. Design Vertices is a company built on integrity and a true commitment to their clients. I am a retired programmer /systems analyst from the Boston area, I recognized the level of skill and efficiency required for a project like this. There is no way I could have completed this myself in such a short timeframe. Outstanding. Excellence. Patience. Perfection. I am beyond grateful and absolutely thrilled with the final result. I give Design Vertices 5 stars—though they truly deserve 100 stars. A+++!

Design Vertices was great to work with. They were courteous and professional. They went to great lengths to design my website exactly the way I wanted it. And they finished the job quickly and without any delays. I'm totally satisfied and I give them 5 stars.

Design Vertices was incredibly helpful. I am really somewhat of a ludite they worked me through it so that I could service my own website. They upgraded the site for me and dealt with all of my needs with patience, kindness, and efficiency. Stuart. 02/2026

Ozzie did a great job identifying the problem, related to a missing SSL credential. Once my host changed the settings my site was working great.
