This comapny is a scam, John Anderson stole 15k from me and then pawned me to Jason Peters. It has been 2 years and they no longer take my calls, refuse to give me my money nor my website login information. I have reported this company to the Califorina AG and proper channel. Please be aware, they use a fake California address and will steal your money and never deliver any product. I have also reach out to all proper legal channel to find all parties involved in the scam. Please do not subject yourself to what I have been through for the last 3 years. This company made me remove my review by trating me to remove my review. Please stay away!!!

"How can this company improve?"asks this empty box before I type. Good question, actually. Be exceedingly clear with clients up front about potential costs rather than surprising them. Repeated financial surprises are not good. Push your clients for clarity. If you detect they really don't know what is involved in the process of designing a site for them, educate them about the inner workings and costs. Send printed information or PDFs. Don't rely on phone calls or Zoom discussions to clarify the process. Those conversations disappear into the ethers. Get a client to come up with a budget cap and help them stick with it, rather than expecting a client to have endlessly deep pockets. While things happen, don't say you can design items--for example on a store site--and then have the art go off the edges or have dpi's so low that the print quality will be poor. Spell check. Create spreadsheets for uploads so you and your clients can keep track of everything easily. This cuts down on misunderstandings and redundancy. Show your face on Zoom meetings. Don't frequently miss or be late for meetings. It does not make a customer feel valued even if you apologize. What finally made me leave was just feeling like I was beating my head against a wall for more and more money. And I lost a lot of it. But now that I've left, my head has stopped hurting.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.. This is a joint review. I am a UK citizen. There are 2 organisations involved that this feedback addresses: Design Verse Studios Western Publishing I have posted the same review at both organisations. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE... There is no service.. They take your money & run... They are not a viable proposition or entity.... no formal legal entity in UK...... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE ORGANISATIONS.. I paid them £750 and there has been NO service... I have had no refund.. Each organisation is either blaming each other, or just silence.. I have banking evidence that my money reached the “end party”. This has been going on for over a year now.... Please.. take my advice... STAY WELL AWAY…. Pete

If I could put a zero stars I would. They took forever to design my website then they never publicized it. They only sent links that expired in 7 days

I strongly regret using Design Verse Studios for my website project. I paid Design Verse Studios to design and launch a professional website for my business. Initially, the website was completed and appeared to be functioning as expected. However, approximately six months later, the website was taken offline, and I was informed that additional payments were required to update website code and maintain functionality. This was extremely frustrating, as these requirements were never clearly explained to me at the outset. After already paying for the website, I felt as though I was being repeatedly asked for additional money simply to keep the site operational. When I eventually requested access to my hosting account and ownership of the website assets so that I could move the site elsewhere, I was again told that additional fees would be required. In my view, this created unnecessary obstacles to gaining control of a website that I had already paid for. The most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, my requests have largely gone unanswered, and obtaining clear information has been extremely difficult. Based on my personal experience, I found the service unprofessional, poorly communicated, and frustrating to deal with. If you are considering Design Verse Studios (designversestudios.com), I strongly recommend that you obtain a detailed written agreement regarding ownership of your website, hosting, source files, ongoing maintenance fees, and access rights before making any payment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Those guys are bunch of scammer that’s ripping people off in the internet. They would tell you one price after that tell you a diferentes price. If you don’t want to get rip off don’t invest in these guys.
