I recently experienced two very difficult issues associated with my website. The first was a malware attack, which caused my website to be blacklisted. With the holidays and a very important craft show coming up, the team understood the urgency to get this resolved. They recommended updates to my security certificate, installed a virus protection plugin and were able to get everything resolved within 72 hrs. They worked quickly in what was a very stressful time for me. The second issue was when my domain expired. Again, they worked quickly to renew and have my website fully functioning. I worked closely with Daniel F. for both issues. He was very patient and totally understood my concerns, treating this with urgency.

At the beginning, we had delayed responses and many changes in staff. However, Sarah has been AMAZING as well as Mark the manager! Very responsive, professional and competent! Cannot say enough about Sarah and Mark. Been very happy for the last 6 months.

The main problem pertained to my ignorance of the issues and vocabulary relating to the web set up. I think this could have been avoided by spending more time up front in educating me on the process. Further to the above comment, I should have been made aware of all the costs involved. In any case...I like the final product and it is working fine as of now. Also, Lisa ---my principal correspondent---was very pleasant and helpful. Despite dealing with a medical emergency at home for her boy...she got the job done

Logo came out decent for the price. A few hiccups around the edges when cutting out but well worth the $$$. Took a little longer than expected but Toni and Chris did good work 👏. They were patient and very receptive to my ideas. I'm satisfied with the quality, price, and service. I would go to them again.

My request for clarification was answered. It was my error. Jeff took the time to show me how to find my orders. I am new to this program and so glad it was cleared up.

Site is finally up. I've learned enough to make my own updates. Thank you to Jeff, Eric and the designstallion team

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the way James handled my requests. His patience and kindness always told me I wasnt asking too much. He would seek out other team members if he couldnt do something. James helped me with a very frustrating process for me as I did not understand a lot about building websites. The website is not finished yet as James died last night from Covid complications. RIP James Tucker !!!!!!! My heart goes out to your family and fiancé.

I hired them to build me a website for my business. It started off a little rocky. When Alejandro took over everything started moving smoothly. Alejandro is very nice and professional and he understood my needs and how I wanted my website to look like. I would ask him to change or add to my website and he made it happen. I would recommend this company to use .
