Service is very poor and unresponsive…
Service is very poor and unresponsive at best. I paid for website build and storage, I have not been getting the support I need. The staff always deflect questions regarding the link to my website I paid for last year, they do not have domain name created for the site which I included in their forms I sent to them. Still waiting for Design Stallion to create my site since June 2021. Today 22nd January, 2022.

Gertrude, We received an order from you on the 20th of April. After placing the order, you were completely unresponsive until the 27th of June. Our team tried getting in contact with you numerous times but you were completely unresponsive. We have documentation through the portal that we use to interact with all of our clients, that is teamwork. As far as the domain is concerned, we did purchase the domain for you, Alejandro personally offered to transfer the domain over to you as well. Moreover, you are in Nigeria, there is a massive communication gap between you and us, especially considering the time difference. Our team still went above and beyond the line, even offering to resume your project after you had been away for months. The offer still stands and we look forward to finishing up the project.
