I think that the customer service is…
I think that the customer service is one of the most important things that a company can give their customers Also, the professionalism of the service of what they do or what they give is very important Designs Pedia offers both of those Brad Diaz and the team did an excellent job with my request? I must say that I’m very questionable and very picky. He and the team was very patient, courteous and professional With the preparation Of my project. They sure They prepared the vision that I have small home base Business I really appreciate the service. Even after I got my product and I found a little discrepancy, they took it in hand immediately to correct it to be sure that I was satisfied. They did a lovely job with my project I would recommend them to anybody Thanks for your courtesy and your professionalism

Quick and to the point. They know what to ask, so they can get to work.
The website is clean, and easy to navigate. The chat option was helpful and quick to guide me to what would be beneficial. I have not received my logo design yet, but I have already been contacted by their design team.

WORST COMPANY EVER - FRAUDSTERS/SCAMMERS
WORST COMPANY EVER, THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER DESIGNSPEDIA AND STOLED $740 OF MY MONEY AND DID NOT CREATE A WEBSITE, MADE BASELESS AND UNFOUNDED ACCUSATIONS. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BBB. THEY ARE THEIVES, DISREPECTFUL, LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND LIARS!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDSTERS. THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY WORKING UNDER MAD MINDS CREATIVE AND ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS. NATURALLY THE COMPANY WILL BLAME THE CUSTOMER AS THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS, SPAM CALLS FROM THEM, AND EVERY EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY COULD NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR END AGREEMENT OF TURN AROUND WAS 3 WEEKS. THEY DID NOT CREATE MY LOGO, I DID!!! THEY DID NOT CREATE OR ASSIST WITH COMPANY NAME, I CREATED IT WITHOUT THEIR ASSISTANCE, THEY DUMPED A LINK FOR ME TO WORK ON MY WEBSITE, WHEN THEY WERE HIRED TO CREATE THE WEBSITE. AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND THIS COMPANY WILL BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR INCONSTENCIES, FAILURES TO MEET THE AGREED UPON AGREEMENT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME $440 OF MY MONIES AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY BANK. MULTIPLE TIMES THEY DENIED GIVING ME MY MONEY, AND STILL OWE ME $300 AND HAVE YET TO GET THE ADDITIONAL $300 THEY HAVE STOLE.

Hi Coleen, We already processed the refund of $440 for the website though it was you who didn't provide the content hence we provided you the test link of the website but never got any response. You can give us a call to resolve this issue.
