Jerry and his team made a great website for my new business. I have zero knowledge about these things, but Jerry and the designers gave me ideas and helped me help them design my website. It's everything that I wanted. I would definitely recommend Designsketchers for your project. Thank you.

I paid them to design me a web site but when I decided to go with my own hosting site Shawn became very upset. I was unable to get my website published because they would not give me the correct username and password to access the WordPress files

The first thing that I would like to say is that initially I had a great experience. The logo was beautifully done and they welcomed input. They were very communicative and always willing to adjust the logo as I needed. Were I to do it again I would've simply gotten the logo done with this company, and I would have given them five stars. The bad: The communication was poor when it came to designing the website. There was a point in time where I emailed multiple times and didn't recieve any communication for a week or so. I understand things take time, but a simply response within a 24 hour time period is simply professional. The website itself was okay. It was haphazard. Understandably I need to input my own data into it. However, my issue was that at times it felt like because I chose the lower-tier option, that I was put on the back-burner as a customer. In my opinion, the judge of a good business isn't how they treat their highest-paying client but their lowest. The hosting services: I am a very new small business-owner. When I contracted them to design the logo and website I thought that the price I paid was the total price. little did I know that I had to pay for their hosting services, which is MUCH higher than other deals you can get through Bluehost, and Bluehost's lowest cost option rivals Design Sketcher's highest cost option for hosting. I was told towards the end about the hosting services and the cost that they entail. I am not flush with cash, so I felt like it was a bait and switch to be honest. Project Deadlines: I contracted with Design Sketchers in late August. They gave me a timeframe of 3-4 weeks to completion. I did this because I was releasing a book on Oct. 15. This would give them ample time to complete the website in time for launch date. Granted I decided to go with Bluehost for hosting services, but there was a significant delay in the migration. Which, as a professional company with ample time to complete it still shouldn't have been a problem to complete the website by Oct. 15. My launch date. All in all, the logo was Excellent. I love it. I really do. If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely have them do the logo all over again, but not the website. P.S. - When i made them aware that I had an issue with the communication, they did attempt to rectify by putting me in contact with their team chat. However, this was after multiple attempts to contact. God bless.

Excellent service. I would highly recommend to my friends and family 👍🏻💯 Really professional people. At the start I was a bit sceptical. But after getting the service for my animated videos I'm amazed.

Emma is awesome. She worked with me so graciously making sure that everything was to my satisfaction with much patience and understanding. The reconstruction of my website looks great thanks to Emma as to me the top lead of the team. Kudos to Emma and her team.

My website looks so nice & top of the line quality. I love how it looks. Zane and the team did a wonderful job building my website from the scratch. The logo is better than I had imagine. Some minor bumps along the way such as I was promised to get it done in two weeks by a marketer, and I started having doubt and freaking out when will it go live. But things got done to my satisfaction. Truly, Design Sketchers is legit company. Zane maintain professionalism the whole time. He listened to my input, and still available up to this day, and everytime for any of my questions three months after completion of the website. I just wished I was told in the beginning that I have to pay extra for SEO, return policy page, order alert, etc, because those things add up to the expenses, especially for starting small business like me who has minimal budget. Other than done, I am happy that Zane became the Project Lead for my website in building & design. Thank you Zane & team for always working things out.
