Buyer Beware, They are not upfront about all of the fees they charge and high pressure tactics to upsell you on other services. I called them to design a logo, which they did. I was happy with the design at first. But when I contacted them for all of my formatting files which I paid them for and asked in the beginning that all parts of my design and files would be sent as part of my package. I then went to a vehicle wrap place, local of course, they asked for my vector files so they could put my design on my vehicle. My wrap designer said she needs all of the files. I called Design Eden back and of course they asked for more money, so i wound up paying twice for a design. One more thing this is my second time leaving a review, Design Eden reported my review and trust pilot let the company receiving this review report that this review was malicious. How can a company report a review that is negative towards them. Guess i need to take it to the next step and go BBB, so guess you cant even trust trust pilot.!!!!
