I love my planners! I use the monthly planners - each month feels like a fresh start. I always have a hard time choosing a design because of all the great choices. The leather binder I chose keeps it all together - My life in a neat package!

I love my Planner Perfect. I use mine in many ways. I have 2 Travelers Notebooks and 1 Wallet. The wallet is definitely my go to for out and about. I use the Monthly Planner and Menu and Shopping in my Wallet while shopping. I change out the shopping to my travel journal when traveling since I love to paint my travels. I can make notes about my travels. I have a separate book for my positive and inspirational quotes. I have a journal for my Art notes. It just keeps me organized.

So I really enjoy the Art and quality of journals. BUT - I find the website to be a mess and not user friendly at all. I have tried several times over the year to cancel or change my sub box order. Just too difficult. If I don’t get a reply soon - I’ll just have to cancel my cc card. Ugh- what a pain.

To adjust your subscription settings you simply log into your account and navigate to My Account. We have set your monthly subscription box to inactive; which you can log into the website and verify. You can also reactivate your subscription at any time via the website. 💕Jenny

Honestly, after many years of using a pocket calendar and then going all-digital, I never thought I'd go back to pen & paper. But when I first was introduced to Planner Perfect I knew it was love at first sight. The artwork is beautiful, the paper quality is outstanding and perfect for painting, drawing, and writing. The inside pages are sufficient for both journaling and daily entires. In addition to the planners, the all-leather traveler's notebooks are absolutely awesome! I am thankful to have found Planner Perfect and grateful for Jenny for creating it. There are plenty of resources from her helping us through her process and how to use them. I highly recommend this planning system to anyone who needs a change and wants to write a better story for their life!

I am not happy with their customer service team, they either answer late or do not. My purchase has been hold in OH state ( would come to Canada ), I have already pay 55 dollars for duty/ custom fee on the top of my purchase. According to tracking it says they could not obtain a clearance information from the sender. I emailed their customer service no body answered ( over 24 hours now ). Specially for Canadian friends, I would not recommend this company . It is too expensive already, plus duties and unresponsive customer service

Hi Ulke, Sorry you are not happy with our customer service team. We do have record of every email that you have sent and each has been answered within our business hours and well within 24 hours. Regarding the documentation that UPS is requesting, that documentation was provided at the time of shipment to UPS (adhered to the reverse side of your package). In addition, UPS reached out requesting the documentation on April 19th and they were provided that documentation within a few minutes of their request. Your package did depart Omaha, NE on its way to Canada on Friday April 17th. Today is currently April 21st. Keep in mind that the shipping method you chose is UPS Standard for which UPS gives an estimated shipping time of 2 to 7 business days. I do hope you realize that customs and duty fees that Canada charges you are out of our realm of influence. Your latest email is well within our window of 24 hours. Your frustrations with UPS are being misdirected towards Planner Perfect. We look forward to you receiving your order and we do appreciate your patience and understanding. >>>April 22 Update<<< Hi Ulke we just wanted to update this. It does show that your package was delivered today on April 22nd. We are glad UPS was able to deliver within that 2 to 7 business day window 👍. 🌷Jenny
