Stay away from this company. I needed a logo created, they created it, but then they tried to upsell me into filing for the logo rights. They quoted me over $500 to do this. I did not want it, we ended up agreeing to $200 (and some odd dollars) with a promise to print and send me 1,000 business cards. They charged my credit card right away, but it's been almost 9 months and I still have NOT received the rights to a logo I paid for! When I call, they tell me they are emailing me the rights, after another week of waiting, I call back and "Bill" doesn't take any info from me and say's he will have the billing department call me back. When I called him out on this, he became defensive and rude. When I didnt back down, he hung up on me and ended the live chat option on the site. I agree with one of the other people who left a review, they impersonate others and create names to appear to be a large company. This place is a scam, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! you've been warned.

They really helped me, im just waiting on one last thing. But happy so far.

They did a pretty good job with the logo, BUT they call me multiple times a day, every day, never leave a message, and try to sell me more stuff. It's been 5 months ago and still! I'm very frustrated with the telemarketing this company does. So unless you like being bothered with their spam calls, I would recommend using someone else.
