We started with them month by month and had literally the world's best designer. Then we paid for a year and he got a promotion and got a dud replacement. Now we have a pretty good designer but no where near what we were expecting when we signed on for a year sadly. We love the service still but still felt a little bait and switch.

I would give Antionio 5 stars for graphic design. But accuracy of making requested text revisions is rated as fair, even when copying and pasting. Sometimes takes multiple requests to accurately revise. Turnaround time can be slow due to the number of revisions needed, so is rated fair to good. Therefore we find it necessary to build in additional time to accommodate the revisions. These are the reasons for an overall satisfactory rating.

When we ask for things to be done correctly, we get totally different art than what we ask for.

Frequent changes in designers. Frequent holidays. Quite stringent on formats delivered. Regular word, ppt file formats not supported, which is quite sad. The designer we got after months of trial was great. We were getting into a flow but then they changed the designer again, and now the education part of getting this right is taking too long!

When I started using DP 2 years ago the service was quite good. It's gone steadily downhill as they've (presumably) dealt with a growing user base. The designers are generally not great, but if you try enough of them you can find one that you can work with. The issues aren't with the designers themselves, but more with the production managers interfering with ever change rules. Rules about what you can request and how you can request it and what you should expect and how soon you can expect it change frequently and without notice. Presumably these changes have been to better allow the designers to cope with the additional workload of a growing number of clients. The result however, is that is that you used to get way more for your money than you do now. Plus they added all the "pro" nonsense and up-charge tiers so it's likely to only get worse.

Some designs are good. At other times, it's text on a background with very little actual design creativity (phoning it in). In general, though, it is worth what we pay...

Your service is great value. We find the quality of the design "OK". I feel like with the volume of content you produce you could probably improve the templates that your designers start with (if that's the case - if not, then create some high quality templates for them to start with). Turn around time is good if you factor in time zone differences. Communication is good overall. Sometimes when I submit a larger project, you divide into 3 or 4 versions. The reasoning for that is all about you and how you manage your team. I get it. But as a user of the service, I find it confusing and irritating to get brochure section 1, brocure section 2 notifications all the time - I never know what I'm looking at or if it's done. I'd prefer you manage the "sectioning" of projects internally so you don't confuse your customers. You're asking for feedback, so I'm giving it. All that to say, I think your service is great, and there's good value for us. But there's still room for improvement. Thanks!
