I got an email instantly with the prompt to pay for my agreement which was $600 for a logo and additional services. After an extremely frustrating "back and forth" about the logo which repeatedly had mistakes in it I asked if I could just pay the initial $189 for the logo and skip the other services. Solomon refused to give me back the difference. He then gave me a final logo that had a prior issue on it that had been resolved. I overlooked it and he refused to correct it without charging me another $210 despite his advertisement of "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back." I felt this was extremely inappropriate when he had kept my $600 and had repeatedly made mistakes causing the overall turnaround time to exceed 6 weeks for an end product that I could have made myself on a free logo maker.

I recently formed a non-profit to assist combat veterans. Design Majesty first designed my logo which came out exactly how I wanted it and in a timely manner. I then made the decision to have my website created and was assigned Robert and James as my project coordinators. They were able to capture my vision of my website and transform it into an excellent e-commerce website. I worked with Robert and James quite awhile on the designing of my website and they were very patient and understanding of my requirements. They both promptly returned my telephone calls, responded to my emails, and communicated with me throughout the process. I was probably not an easy customer for them, but they gave me the best customer service I could ever imagine! I highly recommend Design Majesty for your logo and website needs. I felt no stress or concerns throughout the process. Thank you so much Robert and James, you gentleman rocked it!

I came across this website while looking for a logo designer. Immediately, the chat box appeared and I received a link to fill in my request. The next day, I received an email from Solomon who communicated with me throughout the process of designing the logo. The logo turned out great!
