I chatted with one of their reps and found out not only did they not complete the project but their multiple mistakes and delays were accompanied by continued apologies without results. I have waited over 4 weeks for my website, and all I see was mockups pushing 3 weeks ago, and no response for 5 days already after complaining. They promised my website would be ready for tax season (2/1/2021), but they did not keep that promise. And, now they have completely ignored me since Friday, 1/29/2021. And, I'm out my money, their promised business cards (to make up for a huge screw up 3 weeks ago), and still no website for opening of tax season. How humiliating when I trusted this company to bring my business site to the next level. And, I'm still stuck with my old website from last year that they criticized after I already made arrangements for them to revamp.

This group is very professional and fulfilled all their promises. I bought the logo with unlimited revisions... and I put them thru many revisions. Great people to work with and my logo is awesome!
