Designer PromiseReviews of designerpromise.shop

Do not buy from this company. No return label in package. No free returns even though clearly stated on website. Returns have to be sent to USA at your expense. Trainers don't fit despite already owning the same size. Suspect they may be counterfeit as this colour trainers not available anywhere else. Luckily paid by credit card so received charge back.

I wish I had read other reviews before I ordered. I ordered a pair of ladies running shoes in size UK6 but they supplied a UK 5.5 They have offered me a discount or partial refund, which isn’t much good if the shoes don’t fit, or to return at my expense despite their website clearly stating free returns

Not the real mccoy! Terrible

No stars, an appalling company. Do not order from them. No update on orders, no refunds. Customer service is shocking Please do not order from them as you will not receive your goods. I have reported to trading standards and suggest if you are in the UK you do the same. My daughter now has no birthday gift due to their incompetence and corruption.

I would actually prefer to give no stars. I asked to cancel the order. They refused saying it had already been sent. It had not. Goods arrived. Too small. I asked to return them only to be told I had to pay to ship them to the US rather than return to dispatch point in the UK. Returns policy says they will bear the shipping costs. They say they don’t. Then everything goes quiet. Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Sent fake ASICS trainers charged £75 for them. Avoid these scammers

Scam business, beware! I ordered some birkenstock from them, meant to be delivered in approximately 4-5 working days, weeks in still no sign of them (2 months in they never turned up btw). The tracking link showed China on the map, when I questioned why a made in germany product comes from china they guaranteed the product was authentic, which at this point, was clear it wasn't - and that sometimes the route goes through china from the US - it takes very little googling to understand this is not the case and makes it a longer route completely opposite side - leaving aside I work in retail myself. I eventually requested a refund and they confirmed they can give a refund with 10% fee they keep back as they "paid for shipping" - if they retain 10% of EVERY order placed, then this is an international scam machine making money without any stock ever held. unbelievable - stay away !

They sent the wrong size and insist on you paying to return them to the US despite the website saying free returns. No reply to emails. This company is scamming customers, do not use.
