After the web site was created and paid off, it was removed and the company asked to pay $750 to put the web site gammaset.com back. I wrote them e-mail that this is a pure scam. Why we pay for a web site to be removed and to pay again? What the hell it is .. Do we live in US or we play in a criminal scene in a bad movie? Where are the legals, are these people pretend to work in US and scam us from aborad? & UPDATE: The company created our web site using CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/CODEIGNITER. They decided to update their server from Apache HTTP Server 2.2 to Apache HTTP Server 2.4 They did not ask or inform us for this update. As a result there is a need to convert the web page to the new updated Server. And the Web Site is not going to work if we don't pay additionally $1,500 dollars. It is not in our agreement and not in our expectations. They said they could make a discount, but wait a minute- we just have paid $1,300 two months ago (January 2021), and the web site wasn't finished. We have finished the web site internally. With the hosting the total cost is $4,000. And we have nothing. And I have agreements with companies waiting to sale their products... & UPDATE: We did hire another company to fix the web problem. They found also a problem in the web site and they fixed it gammaset(dot)com is working now. Take a look. WAIT A MINUTE, we got a NEW WARNING from Design Eminent, insisting that we need to pay them $750 to fix the web site or they will cancel the use of the server we have paid over $2000. How you call this? It is everything BUT a professional work. WARNINGS for a DAMAGE to our business is the way how we have been treated all the time with our money paid as normal customers. The GOAL this company has is to pay more. Once you start paying, it makes you as a "wallet" to pay forever.

Design Eminent is a FRAUDULANT Business! DONT TRUST THEIR FICTITIOUS "GOOD" REVIEWS on their website or on any website which REPORTS a consumer having a good REVIEW. Their positive rated reviews are NOT REAL CUSTOMERS. Analysis**For every negative consumer who reports a Negative rated experience which is registered on any website, they counter with a positive LIE to maintain an overall positive experience rating .** This company MALICOUSLY adds FALSE CLAIMS of customers having a good services. They deceive consumers to pay for a good discounted price for web design services. Design Eminent reports FICTITIOUS REVIEWS on their website. RESEARCH!

Stay away from this company . Very sweet talkers and everyone claims to be the senior person there. In August 2020 i spoke with Ian Lcas ( senior sales manager) about getting my online store built. I paid entirely for what was required and promised a completion of 3 to 4 weeks contractually. Then I was handed over to STEVE CLARK as my senior designer who claimed to head the designing department and was told by him in writing that he will be the person looking after my project from start to finish. he asked for payment for content writing and I did. Just after payment I was transfered to DANNY EDWARDS . it took over 5 months now and the website is not live with my satisfaction. It ended up that I had to write all the content, design all the banners myself and basically all they had to do was put all together. They always ask for more money for differnt things. 2 weeks back Danny asked me to pay for the hosting and said that the website will go live right after i pay. i did not authorize that but still a payment from my credit card was taken for that and as of today it is STILL not active. Last week Friday a lady by the name of AMY intercepted my call for Danny and said she was the person overlloking all projects to be completed on time. I explained my situation and frustration. She promised that all will be completed within few hours but since then she completly stopped ansering he phone and replying to me messages. I have constantly advised them and reminded them obout the deadline and also mede it clear to them that my company is loosing a lot of clientele and revenue due to the delay but their false promises never end. CAUTION If anyone is considering of getting their work done by DESIGN EMINENT PLEASE save yourself the stress money / revenue. and time. do not get fooled by their smooth talks and their price even though it is for almost free. I have suffered these 5 months and thinking legal advise Any one else out there?

Design Eminent designed and created my website in a very professional manner and put in a lot of additional effort to make sure that was completely satisfied with my project. They continue to be responsive to any changes or updates I ask for and continue to work on my behalf.

Please do not use this company!!!! they just took 1,475 from my account and never finished my website. I have a money back guaranteed contract and they won't return my investment. They wanted me to finish my project but it's not even close to being done after 4 months.

On October 16 2020 I received a text from a Design eminent representative in regards to an open issue from July 19 2019. I was asked to remove my negative review and “promised” they would deliver my trademark that was already done, they only needed to file it and deliver it to my door step. They stated there would be no additional charge and I would have it in 10-15 days and I would receive the receipt from the USPTO on Monday 10/19/20. Since it had been over a year and hopefully my review has already helped people I agreed to remove it and advised them that their 15 days started then or I would repost the review. The individual started requesting information such as contact info, business trade, etc. Which I thought was kinda weird since they already said it was done just needed to be filed. Then I was asked to pay an addition $125 at which time I said they would not get any additional funds from me. I have received nothing to date nor have I had any more contact. I texted them back on 11/2/20 and asked for status then said that due to their silence I am guessing I am getting nothing that was promised. Once again another lie and no contact since I refused to give them more money. Below is my previous response so that you can see what transpired and what I was requested to remove. I have all the proof of all of this in emails and text if anyone would like to see the proof. Please contact me directly and I will provide it. People quit wasting your money and pay attention to the real reviews not the 5 star reviews from employees of this company and all the sister companies they own. They are scam artist and thieves. The negative reviews keep coming and are consistent and for every bad review a legit customer posts they create at least 2 or more positive reviews to offset it to boost their rating. Here is my story once again. Feel free to reach out to me, I have email back up for all my accusations. This entire process started in July 2019 when I asked them to fix a color in my logo. The price was $49 I believe at that time and you got all files in all formats for that price. After they fixed the minor color issue I had asked for they claimed the logo was now their creation and I had to pay another $275 in order to receive all the files that were supposed to be included in the price and I had to copyright. Taken back is an understatement. After much frustration they offered an additional logo at no charge and to drop the price to $249 to copyright all logos. A total of three. I have called numerous times since asking where my paperwork is. It got delayed due to the holidays, it has already been approved and just numerous other excuses. Today I get a text from a gentleman I have never spoken with and actually called an complained out because he texted and told me I needed to copyright when I had already paid the fee months earlier. So I called and they put him on the phone he insisted I talked to him previously, no I did not. I asked for a supervisor. Long story short they are asking for an addition $250 now. I am told that was to file the copyright not get it and now you have to pay an additional fee to actually get it. I told him forget it they are scammers and I would do it myself. He said it will cost you thousands. So I called a real trademark / copyright company. Their fee is $49 to file the paperwork, the USPTO, government, sends you the customer an email with their filing fee $275. Your are assigned to an individual in which you must complete the process within 3 months or you have to start over. This to copyright / trademark your logo, it doesn't matter if you have a name in it. You do not have to separately trademark if there is a name in it. However, you may trademark your name and if you choose to you may do that but it would be considered two filings and fees not one. I have emails and screen shots to prove everything. And I can promise you that they are recording every conversation. They sent me a recording to listen to where I was arguing and in the end said I could possibly do it. Possibly does not mean yes or an authorization. When this all started I stated that I could possibly do the copyright. They took that as a yes, charged my account they charged for the initial $49 without me stating yes and authorizing payment. I sent an email a few days later told them that I had decided not proceed but that didn't matter they charged my account without authorization and refused to refund. It is 2/21/20 and now they are looking for more money to supposedly complete my copyright. Just for those wondering they have offered free logo, free brochure and I have turned it all down. I said I just want my copyright and to be done with you. Beware, Lies all Lies and more money. I urge you to do your research call a legite Trademark company first and ask them how it works. I was also warned that my logo and name could be used by someone else if not completed
