A overall good and easy experience

the logo looks good

My logo design team went above and beyond to create the perfect and professional logo for my new business. They were wonderful to work with especially since I didn’t know what I wanted at first and worked with changes in color whenever asked. The team worked fast and was patient to work with! The team made it very hard to finalize a logo due to so many amazing choices! Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a professional logo design! Update: I still absolutely love the logo that I got out of working with this company. However all I ever got out of the $800 I spent in total was a logo. This company promised to give me a social media banner with my logo for this review along with all of my other stationary that was supposed to come in the package. I never received any of it. I also worked with them on a website. That led to being scammed out of hundreds of more money and the company STEALING money from me by charging my card without authorization. Upon contacting them we were told they would immediately refund the money, shocker...that did NOT happen and even the CEO told us that it wasn’t their policy to refund STOLEN money. They also refused to continue working with me after stealing from me due to me posting an HONEST review. They said they would not work with me until the bad review was deleted. Six months after we finally cut our losses they called me FOURTEEN times in a row while I was at work from Design Eminent and Octalogo without leaving a single message. I would highly advise everyone to save your money, save yourself from being stolen from, and work with another company! This entire company is a scam!

Was in the buying process. They lied to me so that i would pay more for something that i did not need. Designproficient and Designeminent are under the same company! Designeminent offered me a payment form, designproficient knew about me and said they only do bank wires. To anybody that got any design work done there is most likely some sort of digital arbitrage going on. As for someone who is thinking about getting work done, stay away as they will try to scam you into paying more.

Sarah was wonderful in facilitating the design process. She has skills that are very essential to customer service, and I appreciate every moment working with her because she was prompt, understanding, and very responsive. Thank you, Sarah!

I had a great experience using design eminent! they had the Logo i was looking for on the second try! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had asked for a new template for my site and the company created a whole new website. That’s not what was delivered. I was okay with this before we ran into so many other issues. I asked for a mobile update that needed to be done before the site was launched. It wasn’t. The site was launched before the update was made. It was an important update because it changed the look above the fold and added search functionality that was already on the site that I wanted to keep. I asked to be notified as soon as the site was launched. I wasn’t. I found out myself that the site was launched over two days earlier. I was told that if the site went live, the URLs wouldn’t change, and they would be the same as they were on the current live site. They were not the same. Knowing this, I asked for, and was told I would get login information when my site went live, so I could add redirects. I didn’t get a login when the site when live. My website had been showing 404 messages because SERPs were sending them to dead pages because redirects weren’t in place. I was given no way to log in to add redirects. My site was throwing 404 errors for over 2 days. I was charged $250 for a licensing fee after my contract said my $500 was a 1 time fee and I was not liable to make any further payments upon completion of the project. I was not told that the site wouldn’t be mobile friendly under the contract when this is now a mobile first world. I was charged another $250 for this when this should have been in the original contract with appropriate fees. Note: I was trying to be okay with a lot of these things, sacrificing satisfaction, but when the site was launched and there were non-mobile friendly elements that I wanted corrected before launch, coupled with the fact that I wasn’t informed of the launch and had to find out about it myself over two days after launch is unacceptable, and at that point I had enough. I no longer trust the company and the company has no intention of giving a refund when my contract states 100% satisfaction guarantee and 100% money back guarantee. They told me because they did work on the site, the money back guarantee was void. I will not be receiving a refund. $1000 down the drain. I would not recommend this company.
