I Paid for my logo design package, but they would not release it to me. They said I needed to pay an additional $399 for the file. After 45 minutes on the phone with various supervisors, I was told they would release my logo immediately, but never did. Designutility, Designproficient and Designeminent are the same company. As for someone who is thinking about getting work done, STAY AWAY as they will LIE and scam you into paying more AND you will NEVER receive the product you initially paid for. Consider yourself warned.

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Sarah Martin for the excellent service she provided me. Sarah Martin helped me in getting and designing a beautiful logo that I really love . I have been extremely happy with the service I received. However, Sarah Martin professionalism and ability to design a logo beautifully and quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few hours , she was able to design a beautiful logo that really shined. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. If your looking for a logo I definitely 100% recommend them. Thank you Sarah Martin
