Your response does not reflect my actual experience. I paid a 100 CAD advance in good faith and expected a professional service. I also provided the required Wix access. Your statement that the project could not move forward because I never provided access is simply incorrect. After I granted access, the website was still not completed or delivered. You repeatedly promised specific completion dates, but those deadlines were missed again and again. Each time I was asked to wait a little longer, yet the project remained unfinished. You claim the website was substantially complete, but no fully functional website was ever handed over to me. If it was truly complete, it should have been ready for review and launch. While I sympathize with any personal or medical emergencies, those are internal company matters. As a customer, I paid for a completed website, not excuses for why it could not be delivered. The offers of guarantees, discounts, and compensation came only after repeated delays and broken promises. They do not change my experience or the fact that the project was not delivered as agreed. My review is based entirely on my personal experience. I paid an advance, provided the requested access, waited through multiple missed deadlines, and still did not receive the completed website. I stand by my review so that other potential customers can make an informed decision.

For transparency, we'd like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review. Your project was never abandoned. By the time you requested a refund, a substantial amount of work had already been completed. We initially developed your website as a custom build and, at your request, recreated the same project on Wix, without charging any additional development fee. This meant you effectively received two development efforts under a single project cost because our priority was your satisfaction rather than billing you for every change. Throughout the project, we consistently accommodated your requests. We also honored the project in CAD rather than USD, absorbed additional development time, and continued working in good faith despite the unforeseen circumstances. The delay was caused by an unexpected medical emergency involving the developer who was managing your Wix account. While we fully understand that internal circumstances are not a client's responsibility, genuine emergencies can occur in any business. Rather than abandoning the project, we immediately assigned another developer, kept you informed, and committed additional resources to ensure the project could be completed as quickly as possible. Contrary to your latest statement, this was never a situation where no work had been carried out. The project had already reached its final stage, with only the remaining visual refinements and alignment based on your reference still pending. That is very different from a project that had not been developed. We also went far beyond our standard policies to resolve the situation. We offered priority completion, complimentary design services, discounts as a goodwill gesture, and even made a personal commitment that if we failed to complete the remaining work by Monday, we would process a 100% refund, despite our Terms & Conditions stating that refunds are not applicable once substantial work has commenced. We're also concerned that your review continues to evolve after each public response by introducing new claims while omitting important parts of our conversations. We respectfully encourage readers to consider the complete communication history before drawing conclusions.
