Prompt delivery and exceptional customer service. Thank you for providing invaluable service to the Indian community.

Poor experience buying thru Desiclik. They do not take any responsibility beyond taking the order and your money. Did not even receive a shipping confirmation or status of my order; had to call the supplier multiple times. Luckily the supplier was responsive but the

Good ,prompt service. Thank you.

The parts of a mixer grinder is same as described. Really happy to found them

I had a very good experience in buying "Amla Murabba Gooseberry". It cam as fast as it can. The product also very good and enjoying it.

Update 8/3 - Updating the rating as the the Vendor took appropriate steps to correct the item as well as refund part of the order in a reasonable manner. Regards, AMS Purchased items from their website that showed a clear picture of Rakhi and added extra items for the options Sweets. (24979) Item clearly showed a 1KG (500gx2) sweet in the picture but only delivered with 1/4 that size (250grams). As this is a gift its embarrassing and we'll have to send another replacement for all orders. Called Customer Service and the representative tells me that I should know better based on the price???? WTH, how would I know if something is on sale or not? Offered 10% which is a joke sorry!!!! This is Bait and Switch and False Advertising; especially since you now have updated the description but the picture still remains. AMS

Good in taste (ordered Motichoor ladoo) and were boxed fresh. Received my order in 3 business days. Also the customer support is very satisfying. Happy to place order again.
