Most auto repair shops are pretty outdated in their system and processes. But the emails, text, marketing, online appointment, paperwork I received from Desi Auto Care was perfect and detailed. They have great communication at the shop between office and the mechanics in the repair bays. If you're looking for a reliable place to bring your Volkswagen, bring it here...you'll be in good hands!

I brought my car in for transmission service and regular maintenance and I'm happy that I did. Porche-dealership in Princeton quoted me $1800+ for the exact same work that was done at Desi Auto Care for a fraction of the cost! Josh is honest and answered all my questions.

Corresponding with GEICO insurance adjuster favorably, recommending me to great solution for my Bimmer 754Li. Sam's crew did a perfect job replacing my side mirror after a road rage incident, so let me highly recommend this outfit. Highest integrity and very well responsiveness, personal email and so on......

Desi Auto Care has done my timing chain job and a few other repairs along with regular maintenance and everything is gone smooth and timely. It was very helpful when Sam volunteered and took care of the aftermarket warrantee approval and billing. They took excellent care of my car. I highly recommend.

I had my Jaguar XE towed in there, convinced it was the starter due to the AAA driver and lack of it not jumping. Turns out I just needed a new battery. Desi Auto Care could have easily replaced it and bill me. Huge praise to Desi for some refreshing honestly in a repair shop that is normally anything but. The girl (forgot her name) who answers the phone and works the front was sweet and friendly. Sam was very helpful and took the time to explain all details

Desi is my go to place for fixing my BMW X5. He goes as far as showing the actual part that's broken, explains what happened to it and shows you how the new part should look and operate. Once your repair is completed, he provides you with a computer printout showing a diagnosis of your BMW, the parts required to fix it and the cost for labor. I've taken my car here to fix my heat, power steering, brakes and power windows.....he can do it all! He also offers maintenance service that's a fraction of the cost you would pay at the dealership.

Got our vehicle up and running in less than a day! We have a 2015 Audi A7 that needed a new main drive belt. Got our car towed here but they were closed, so I left it overnight. Got a call 8am and was told we could pick it up right when I got off work after 5pm. So quick! They did recommend (very minor oil leak) fix in future. Overall trustworthy service...!

When the dreaded “check engine”light came on and my Audi starting acting up. My cousin recommended Desi Auto as he takes his Audi here. Based on my description of the issue, they outlined several things they would be looking at (and of course how much it would cost).Andrew said he would call and gave me two possible scenarios(bad ignition coil only, or bad ignition coil and something else).A short time after that, the easiest (and least expensive)option worked and I was on my way home!Always happy to support local business.
