Down payment
I needed a major job so they sent me estimate for my transmission replacement and ask for 50% down payment. If you don't trust me with money and asking for down payment. I rather take my business somewhere else. Crazy business practice!!

Hello Liz! We trust our customers, but your transmission replacement was a major job, we have to buy transmission for you. Any repair shop would ask for 50% down payment. So sorry! You feel this way. We like to help our customers as much as possible. Thank you!
