They received my novel without my…
They received my novel without my permission and started distributing it to random readers. I realised i submitted an old copy of.my manuscript to the original service where I submitted my book and quickly re submitted. However their access to my original copy caused me to receive poor ratings on Amazon and its been quite distressing . I have no idea of their readers are even selected and if they are targeted towards my genre. I am so upset with this company .

Authors voluntarily submit their books to our service so they can be distributed to our vetted readers for honest feedback. In this case, you noted in your support tickets that you accidentally uploaded an older, unedited draft of your manuscript to our platform. Our readers downloaded the file you provided and reviewed it honestly. We completely understand that receiving critical reviews on an older draft is frustrating! However, our readers can only read and provide feedback on the file that is submitted to us. As soon as you reached out regarding your upload mistake, our support team immediately canceled your campaign, removed the book from our reader app, and issued you a full 100% refund. Flawless payouts ; handles issues quickly and fairly.
I have found my interaction with Deservve to be exceptional for an online "get paid to" company! Payouts have been fair and fast, instructions are clear. Occasionally an issue pops up--which happens with all companies. When that happens I find they handle it quickly and fairly. I've found that I'm reading more now as a bonus!

Great, efficient and easy.
My experience has only not met my expectations but exceeded them so far. Tasks are easy to see and complete with succinct replies if I ever have a question. The interface is smooth and nice to use as well :)
