I’ve had nothing but good vibes in dealing with Desert Nights. The games are awesome and the payouts are good. At any rate, the Desert Nights team is always on point in communicating processes and procedures. You guys are great.

I am writing this review with sadness,I have had nothing but poor customer service and unresolved issues from the day my account was blocked and locked due to a system error and no one could help me.I have submitted so many emails and had web chats with agents to get the issue resolved but nothing could be done.So on Tuesday the 02/06/2020 I had another web chat with an agent and had to go through the whole story again and explain myself which I dont blame the advisor for others negligence,so the agent I spoke to said she will escalate the mater as I said I want my available funds back and I wants compensation for the time lost and stress caused by the companies mistake. So on the same day 02/06/2020 I received confirmation that I will get a refund of $250.00 so I will wait and see if the refund of $250.00 is processed if not I will take the matter further as I have kept all the transcriptions and proof of all communication I have made. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY IN ORDER FOR THEM TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
