I go maybe once a year and that's one too many.. let me tell you.I hate the bonus multiple times maybe four or five on over a dollar spin... guess what I want not even my bet back all 4 or 5 times.. like wow. Not sure why I keep forgetting about this.Cause that happens to me , literally every single time.. you're way better off gambling online on my casinos

Great website

Hello. desert nights casino stole $5000 from me which still is affecting me. It caused me a lot of problems. I'm a very honest player which makes a lot of deposits. I was playing with a deposit that had more than a 30,000 playthrough. I was nearing the end of the playthrough which went into the very late night and early morning. By mistake I accidentally played 3 or 4 rounds at $20 a wager which were all losses. I wasn't trying to gain anything my mistake I hit the wrong button which was right next to the play spin. A total mistake by accident when I was at the very end of the playthrough. I Requested 2 payouts totaling $5000. After a few days they told me that they confiscated the money be cause I broke a rule. Mistakes happen. They were very rude and very unprofessional. Please help me out. It was a mistake

So I complete the playthrough for their 50$ free chip...I go to cash out the Max cash out (.for this coupon ) of 100. It, like always with new casinos you sign up with ask for the KYC . See this is where things can go great or totally sideways for me. I suffer from E.T. uncontrollable tremors and shakes all day and all night 24/7 . So taking id/selfies can get a little tricky...usually the casino will settle for a picture I've ready created but they wanted me to take a new one...I tried ( 20 selfie IDs I sent) and they denied all of them , I explained my situation again in detail and they responded with 1.) just find sumone to take the picture for u ?? 2.) reversed my withdrawal and put the funds bank into the casino wallet for gameplay 3.) increased my max cash out from 100-180 Claiming since my account wasn't certified ..they can and will whenever they do choose to do it. Now there's what seem like a million casinos online , I will never spend another penny with. A casino that treats people with physical and intellectual disabilities with total disregard and disrespect. Please choose another casino ..any casino this is run by individuals with no license, and no regard for anything else but what's suits them..even if it's absolutely unfair to the player.

I played at Desert Nights Casino recently and was able to cash out $130 via Bitcoin. Primarily a Rival Gaming casino, so the games are above average at best. However, the video poker is good. It took about 4 days total to get my money, and if you do play there make sure you upload high quality documents for verification. That will help you get your account verified the quickest. If you play there, don't use a bonus. I didn't. That way you don't have to worry about playthroughs, etc.

This place is a joke I've been trying to cash out 180$ for over 2 weeks now and they keep telling me that the pictures of my id for verification are cropped and they can't accept smh

if i could give less then one star i wouldz was given a free spin no deposit bonus which in order to claim winnings had to deposit 25$ i made the deposit through bitcoin and desert nights denied my initial bitcoin deposit for 25$ and "manually" credited my account 24.96 which made me just .04 shy of the required 25$ so now in order to redeem winnings i have to deposit another 25$ and wait another 72 business hours for payment, when i spoke with them through chat (because you cant get anyone on the phone) they ended the chat without answering my questions and refused to let me speak with a supervisor not a recommended choice ,,very unprofessional

Well I had nothing but run around with desert nights. I tried to cash out on 1800 dollars, after days of waiting they tell me they need I.D. verification so I sent a copy of my Texas ID. and waited some more. After a couple of weeks they said they put 180 dollars back on my account. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or email. I didn't really figure they would pay me anyway cause I won it on a no deposit bonus. Really just a waste of time
