Do NOT open an account with this…
Do NOT open an account with this bank!!!!! Online banking does not work properly. Reps give incorrect information when called !! I opened an account and closed my two existing bank accounts consolidating my funds. I transferred a retirement account to DF creating an IRA. When attempting to sign in online, not remembering signin info, I attempted to obtain using their security. The info provided by the rep was not accepted. Twice I inquired on this and twice was given incorrect info. I was forced to withdraw IRA funds to pay mortgage/electric/and other bills only to find they charge a fee to get your own money!!!! It has been over a month and I am still not able to access online information. I'm thru with these inbiciles. I'm moving all my funds to a bank that works with customers instead of raping them. And there's no way in hades they will get the funds from the sale of two properties.
