I tried to get the 30% off small…
I tried to get the 30% off small business offer you sent to my email but when I ordered my glytone products it would Not allow. It only would give me 25% off. I also could not find how many loyalty points I have or how to redeem them towards my order I just received an email saying you were crediting my paypal account $24.20 order # 237248. Is this for my loyalty points?

Hi Linda. Unfortunately not all brands participate in all discounts, but we do discount whatever we can for our customers. If you login to your account, you can view and access your loyalty points. We were able to apply your loyalty points to your order after the fact, which you asked us to do in your order note. This was the $24.20 that we refunded to you. I apologize for the confusion there.
