This is by far one of the best skin…
This is by far one of the best skin care companies with whom I have ever done business. Not only do they offer the products demanded by my ultra-sensitive skin, they provide the kind of customer service that, honestly, is not often found these days. I had a small problem with my login to their website when placing my second order and I was certain that like every other skin care site I had recently visited, I wouldn't hear from them until long past the expiration of the discount code I was hoping to use. Not so! I was contacted immediately.. not from a clerk who could not help me nor, had it been necessary, could have extended that discount for me.. Instead I was contacted by one of the store's owners, who was not only technically astute, but gave me another 20% discount code to be used in the future. Not only am I impressed with this company, I am sending their site's information to all my friends, so they can also be impressed! Thank you Ms. Parks for your kindness and your attention in handling even the smallest of problems. It really does matter.

I had ordered an expensive skin…
I had ordered an expensive skin treatment from DermWarehouse. When it arrives the color of the cream was darker and it didn’t look right. I wrote to them and Stephanie got right back to me and asked me to return it. She sent me another one very quickly. They were so quick to answer me and send me a new one. I feel that their customer service is excellent. I will continue to order from them. Eileen
