Love this company
Love this company! Love this product! I'm 2 months post op and can already see a difference. My surgeon recommended this brand however they over charge at the office. Same product but cheaper price from Dermwarehouse. Ships very quickly!

Outstanding Customer Service
Due to the holidays and Covid my order was not moving after being shipped. I called customer service and within a day I started getting updates on my order and it was delivered within a week. I was impressed at how courteous and helpful the customer service department was.

The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. They send an email confirming order. I ordered the month before the holiday season, and it seemed as though my package was taking a little longer than usual- but with the pandemic I was not sure if this was the new normal. I replied to the confirmation email to ask about my shipment. Someone from Derm warehouse answered promptly. My package arrived next day. I will be ordering again!
