the pillow case was very good as…
the pillow case was very good as promised and is quite comfortable. unfortunately the coupon they sent me was not valid for another pillow case otherwise i would have ordered one.

The pillowcase was already on sale, so unfortunately you wouldn't be able to use an extra discount code on top of that. The code would still be valid for other products not on sale, however. I ordered a product and then re-ordered…
I ordered a product and then re-ordered it when I ran out. I had no issues with anything, so did not speak to anyone, just ordered online. That all went well and was easy. It just seems like it takes a long time to receive the very small item I ordered.

Return label.
I talked directly with Steve because the Mira wand seemed defective. It wasn't lighting up properly. Steve was very helpful. He arranged to for me to receive a new wand and send return label so I could return the first one. The return label was not in the 2nd package. I called about it. I still have not received return label I can copy via email. Waiting. Other then that my service has been excellent. Meiling Albert

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. The only glitch was they put me on automatic renew which I didn't sign up for. But they corrected it immediately. That's the only reason for 4*s and not 5*. If you don't count the one error, it's 5*s all the way!

For a one time purchase you put the higher price in your cart and use your coupon code at check out. But we're happy to hear that we were able to clear that up for you!

Excellent pricing and customer service.
Excellent pricing and customer service. When I purchased item with what I thought was a one time introductory discount code, I was advised that the price would remain through the life of the subscription. I ordered a moisturizer recommended by my dermatologist.

I’m sure this product is amazing
I’m sure this product is amazing. Have friends that use it and swear by it. However, I was allergic to it and had to return.
