Great customer service

The products arrived quickly. Which I appreciated. They were, unfortunately, mailed to the billing address instead of the shipping address. A minor inconvenience. Customer service did respond quickly when I let them know my package was mislabeled.

UPDATE: After the third email they have reached out with an apology and have sent the missing item and a product for my inconvenience. ORIGINAL: I ordered (and paid for) two Complexion Renewal Pads and they only sent one. I have now emailed them THREE times and have not received a response. I guess now I have to call my credit card company to stop the payment…

Update; item arrived 12/5/22. The company reached out, refunded my shipping and 50% of purchase price, and offered a discount on future purchases. After the initial lack of communication the company has been very responsive, taken responsibility, and offered an apology for the delay. I have amended my review to reflect their responsive and considerate actions. Ordered ZO.-11/15/22-A shipping label was created six days ago 12/17/22, but not shipped.

I ordered Zo skin care products, they shipped right next day but USPS delivered it to the wrong address. I emailed them few times but nobody replied me so I called their customer service and told them the package was missing . They shipped me another package same day and I received it next day !! Very very nice customer service and super fast shipping!! I will definitely buy from them again .
