DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I purchased a $50 "red" snowflake sweater in December from Derandy. The marketing photos made it look like a beautiful bright red, and a nice product. When the sweater finally arrived in mid January, it was actually a BURNT ORANGE color and all wrong for a sweater with snowflakes on it. On top of that the sizing is way off. I am a size eight and wear a medium. The size medium in this sweater just hung on me. When I tried to return the product for a refund, they offered me $7.00. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They are swindlers. Don't end up like me with a sweater you can't wear and $50.00 short.

I ordered some clothes clear back in November of 2021 and still have not received them and the company just keeps saying they are delayed but they have been shipped. So I can not get my money back. Also this company advertising on Facebook said it was a u.s. company, they are not, Chinese company scamming Americans.

I ordered three items in November. I was planning to wear them during the Holiday season. Today is December 17, one week before Christmas and still no items. Tracing isn’t providing me where they are. Clothes look beautiful and made in the USA. I still haven’t seen them. Service is terrible.

Not made OR shipped from America. Typical Chinese scam. They go by many names …constantly changing. You do get the product eventually but return is all but impossible. My purchase was through Besoia but Delaney seems to be their latest name.

So....I received a dress that had 3 tiers of ruffles. The first tier cut right across the bust where you typically have nipples! It looked crazy! Then the sleeves belonged on a monkey they were so long! I asked to return it 8 times before finally getting a response because they won't accept returns without a special downloaded acknowledgement from them. After finally threatening to go to the BBB they offered me $6.00 to KEEP IT! I have no use for it and just want a refund like any other legitimate business. This is NOT a legitimate business and products were made in China - not the USA like advertised. Will never use them again! Carol Best

This Company is “bait & switch” distribution. Garments do not represent IRL what their pictures show. Poor quality, workmanship and representation. They will NOT refund you fully, trying to dicker you in price. My $40 item they offered $8 back. 🙄 RUN! Not worth the time or aggravation and you’ll be jipped out of your $.

My Experience trying to make a return and get credit has been horrible. In my experience their claim of money back guarantee is a complete sham. I bought 2 dresses for $ 86. After about 10 emails requesting a return authorization form (as they warn you not to return anything without that) - they offered me a $ 10 credit and suggested I give the dresses away.

None of the items I ordered were as described. Dresses described as cotton were pure polyester and thin; not at all like the picture. After several emails they agreed to reimburse less than 50%. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I would not have risked it.
