DerandyReviews of derandy.com

BEWARE: I ordered 4 items. None fit. There is no returning items unless I pay shipping to DUBAI! They first offered about a 10% refund. Then approx 20%. Their final offer is a 50% refund. So, I'm stuck with half a refund and nothing to wear!!!

I am very disappointed with my purchase. The white sweater fits perfectly and I like the neckline, but the fabric is very thin and too soft. The other sweatshirt is too small (although both are an XL) and the fabric is like tissue paper. And, although it was advertised to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, it took nearly 7 weeks to arrive. I will not shop online again!

Product not sent. No refund back to credit card available.

Poor quality in both fabric and fit. The material in the items I purchased was a flimsy, thin and cheap polyester. Even though items were purchased according to the size chart, both dresses and the shirt I purchased were baggy and not well designed. Shocked at all the positive reviews, I doubt they are real.

Questioning made in the USA. Thought that this company shipped from Greenwood, IN. But the USPS tracking showed that it shipped from LA and no tags states made in the USA. Poor quality and the colors are nowhere as nice as their website shows.

Still waiting for delivery after 5 weeks. Company is not responding to my inquiries

The company's policy, stated on its website, is that returns are free. NOT TRUE! I received tops that didn't fit and I couldn't wear. When I asked for authorization to return, I was told to keep the clothes and they'd give me $15. Not acceptable. They kept raising the offer but said I'd have to ship the clothes overseas at my expense. This is NOT a free return.

If I could give a zero I would Ordered 3 t shirts on Jan 2 This is Jan 18 and still has not been shipped Will NEVER order from them again
