Awful return policy, misleading website,poor quality. I have nothing good to say about my experiences with derandy. I ordered a dress and a shirt (total $95). It took over a month to receive. The items shipped from China and were stamped made in China. At the time I ordered, the website said shipping was 3 days and that it was coming from a US factory in Indiana. When I finally received the items, neither was as pictured online. The fabric was awful, the quality was very poor. I emailed asking for a refund and never got a response. I then contacted them directly through PayPal asking for a refund. I received an email from "Sara" with a different company in her email signature (indyfit.com). She offered me $30 to keep the items. I was refused. She offered me $60 "compensation" to keep the items. I refused. The next message said "Sorry, US$70 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? It’s not worth to return it." All misleading as the website advertises free and easy returns! In the end I learned a lesson to never purchase off an Instagram ad again. I I spent $25, and a lot of time, on unwearable clothing. Don't shop here.

I ordered 3 tops on March 25. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and asked about them. They said they had orders backed up and didn't know when they would ship. After a few days I sent a message and asked them to give me shipping date. They said they couldn't do that. I then said cancel my order and refund my credit card. I called my credit card company and created a dispute. The next day I get a message saying my order has shipped with a tracking number. That was 4 days ago and USPS still does not have the package. I was going to return it anyway since I have received credit from my credit card company. Today I get a message from Derandy saying they cannot do anything with my order since my credit card company has contacted them so they never shipped it to begin with. They are an awful company and not legit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The clothes are made in China! Do not fit and you will not get a full refund! Scam !

First on their website that state they want to skip the middle man so the clothes are manufactured in the US. Not true. They came in bags that said made in China. The blouses I ordered were pretty but they run small, but the long sleeves came past my finger tips, and the bust was too tight. So when I asked to return them , they said the size was true to their chart. Not at all. They offered to compensate me $12. On $68 worth of never worn clothes..

I bought 3 items unfortunately, and they are cheap as can be in material, quality and fit. The purchases were over $120. I have received 2 emails, after following their return instructions. In turn, they have offered me $11 back, if I keep the items that don't fit and that look awful. Terrible quality. I was scammed so I'll be requesting my credit card company to address the situation.

It took weeks and weeks to arrive when it was supposed to be coming from indiana. This is a big lie as the clothes come from China - if I would have known this I would never have bought as clothes from China never fit me. After they arrived the real mess begins as you cannot get a refund just an exchange and then if they do not have it in stock they will try to offer you an insanely low amount of money for clothes that you will never be able to wear. Don't buy from here!!!! They are not that great of a price for all of the heartache and frustration

Ordered 2 dresses, both midi (knee) length, from Derandy. Dresses came and are at my ankles! And both were too small and did not fit. I emailed them to request a return authorization and a refund. They asked for photos of the dresses, which I sent them. They then offered $15 refund when I paid $80 total, and told me to keep the dresses. I told them that this was unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with 2 dresses that don't fit? Their response was that I would have to pay for return shipping, which was very expensive, and then offered me a $28 refund. Not acceptable! Their website says they offer "Free returns within 30 days." I requested a refund within 2 days of receiving the dresses, and they do not even honor their own policy! I have reported them to my State's AG Office and the FTC as a fraud. Buyer beware!

I ordered 3 tops from this company. I was also under the impression, as were others, that this business was located in the States. Obviously, judging by the amount of time to receive the items and the packaging, this is from China. I read that items were returnable and refunds were possible - no additional details are on their site. I received the items....they were too large, based on their sizing guide. I requested to return and replace. They told me I would have to pay $19.99 shipping to receive a replacement and to keep what I received. I responded that I didn't want to pay this amount. They offered me a refund of $36., which I refused. They then offered a refund of $50., which I refused. Their 'final' offer is a refund of $65. They now claim refunds can only be made for defective merchandise - which is NOT stated on their site. I ignored advice to not purchase from companies advertising on Facebook....lesson learned the hard way.
