Wrong Color chair was shipped
Wrong Color chair was shipped, after ordering and waiting for ever for 2 dental chair, the wrong color chair was shipped. I was suppose to receive a picture of end product before shipping to me. I saw end product when it arrived at my office late and in a wrong color. I was told over the phone several times that eggshell is a hint of gray, or close to being a gray color, eggshell is off white and not gray. Since dental planet has been in business so long,i think u should at least know some more about the colors. Will never order again nor recommended. Nick said i have to keep chair because thats what i ordered over the phone with him and he clearly told me and convinced me that eggshell is gray. Conidition of chair when it arrived was also a mess, had to buy extension cards and zip ties to make it plug in. A thorough cleaing was also needed.

After researching your case, our records indicate after discussion with your sales person, your color selection was the closest shade of gray that would fit your requested delivery time. When you first notified us that your selection was not to your liking, we did offer to repaint your chair base to a custom color of your choice, if you would be responsible for transportation. The offer to repaint still stands and we would appreciate the opportunity to serve you in the future.
